Kluender Computer Art 78

Here are some examples of weekly journal #6...Students created a piece of artwork using a silhouette! We will be starting a "Selfie Silhouette" project very soon in class...

Many students are finishing up their DIGITAL KALEIDOSCOPES! What an amazing job they've done! Students took a photo and applied filters and image adjustments using Photoshop CS2. Then, they copied and flipped it four times! We printed it twice and mounted them!
Dont these kaleidoscopes look great?!?! Do you recognize any of the original images?
Hint....These two are animals....

Kluender Computer Art 78

Hooray! We've completed our first digital project! They may look a little crazy, but our computer art students learned how to create a blank canvas, re-size a photo, use selection tools, and apply image adjustments and filters to a photo!

If you happen to be visiting our school, check out a few examples on the bulletin board across from Art Studio 103 :)

Kluender B2 computer art 78

Now that we've completed our digital kaleidoscopes, students are making a kaleidoscope using the latters of their names!

Students are altering two celebrity photos in preparation for the next digital artwork!

We have a lot of different things going on at once in Computer Art class....students have to be organized, motivated and stay on task to get it all done on time!

Kluender B2- Computer Art 78

Computer Art 78 students are using Adobe Photoshop CS2 to color in their animal drawings. They are using MONOCHROMATIC colors on their digital artwork.

For their animal studio project, students are enlarging the drawing, painting it, and adding bright and bold patterns.
